Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed at Tranquil River Fly Shop & Outfitters are fulfilled by our trusted supplier partners who ship products directly to you. Once your order is placed, it is automatically forwarded to the relevant supplier for processing and fulfillment.

Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your cart. We work with suppliers across the United States to ensure reliable delivery of your fly fishing gear.

Transit times vary by supplier and shipping method selected, typically ranging from 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when offered by our suppliers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Tracking numbers are provided by our suppliers and sync automatically to your order.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may arrive in separate shipments at different times. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability depends on our suppliers' capabilities and will be displayed at checkout if available for your location.
