Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Regardless of which supplier fulfills your order, Tranquil River Fly Shop & Outfitters is your single point of contact for all return and refund requests. Contact us directly and we will manage the process on your behalf.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at justin@tranquilriverflyshop.com. Do not send items back without first receiving a return authorization from us. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For items we fulfill and ship directly, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For items fulfilled by our supplier partners, return shipping costs will be communicated to you when your return is initiated. We will work to minimize any cost to you wherever possible.

Damaged & Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at justin@tranquilriverflyshop.com with photos and your order details. We will manage the resolution process directly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at justin@tranquilriverflyshop.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
  
• Perishable goods
  
• Custom or personalized items
  
• Personal care and hygiene products (including insect repellent)
  
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return using the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
